2. Direct user arrangements
“Middle Who Market is a premium marketplace and communication platform. Transactions are arranged directly between users. Middle Who Market does not process item payments, hold funds, ship items, or guarantee purchases in this version.”
3. No platform payments or escrow
This Alpha version does not process payments, hold escrow, provide shipping labels, or manage seller payouts.
4. User responsibility
Users are responsible for their listings, communications, transaction decisions, shipping arrangements, and any direct payment arrangements.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent listings
- Counterfeit or misrepresented goods
- Harassment or abusive messaging
- Attempts to bypass safety rules
- Unauthorized scraping or copying of platform content
- Unlawful activity
6. Moderation
Middle Who Market may remove listings, suspend profiles, or restrict access for safety, misuse, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
