How can we help?

Answers to common questions, every guide, and how to reach the Middle Who Market team.

Buying

  • How do I buy something?

Middle Who Market is a listing and communication platform. Find the piece, open its listing, and choose Message seller to ask questions and agree terms with the seller.

Payment, shipping, and timing are between you and the seller. Save the thread and keep your receipts.

  • How do I pay? Does Middle Who Market take payment?

We do not process payments for user-listed item sales or hold those purchase funds.

Payment, shipping, and timing are between you and the seller. Save the thread and keep your receipts.

  • Are items authenticated or protected?

No. Listing an item does not mean Middle Who Market has verified its condition or authenticated it.

A listing or identity badge does not authenticate an item or verify a seller’s item claims. We do not guarantee a listing, a user, or the outcome of a sale.

  • How do I ask the seller a question?

Open the listing and choose Message seller. You’ll need an account with a username and display name.

Ask for anything that helps you decide. More photos, measurements, receipts, date codes, flaws. A seller who answers plainly is telling you something useful.

  • Can I make an offer?

When a listing shows Make an offer, choose it and enter your price. An offer is a message; no payment is taken. The seller can accept, counter or decline it in the conversation.

  • How does shipping or pickup work?

We do not ship items, arrange pickup, or guarantee delivery.

Payment, shipping, and timing are between you and the seller. Save the thread and keep your receipts.

  • Can I return an item or cancel?

Buyers and sellers currently arrange item payments, pickup, delivery, shipping, returns and other sale terms directly.

Before paying a seller, buyers should confirm in writing the item and included accessories, final amount and charges, payment method, pickup or delivery plan, expected timing, and return or cancellation terms.

We do not process payments for user-listed item sales or hold those purchase funds.

  • What do the condition labels mean?

Condition labels are seller-provided, not inspected by Middle Who Market. Treat the grade as a starting point to verify, not a fact to accept. The Condition guide explains every label.

  • How do I save a listing?

Log in, then choose Save (the heart) on a listing or its card, and find it in Saved listings. Saved listings let you compare condition and price side by side instead of deciding from memory.

Selling

  • How do I sell an item?

Create your account, complete your profile, post your first listing, and share your closet.

Listing is free, and it will stay free.

  • How do I edit a listing or mark it sold?

Edit, pause, reactivate, mark sold, archive, and review your active inventory from Seller Studio. A live listing’s ⋯ menu has Mark sold, Pause, Archive and Delete. Paused and sold listings have Reactivate.

  • How do I get paid and ship a sale?

We do not process payments for user-listed item sales or hold those purchase funds.

Final price, what’s included, who pays shipping, how it ships, and any other expectations should be settled in writing before anything moves.

Use a payment method you understand and can document. Do not ship until you are satisfied the agreed payment has cleared.

  • What is seller verification?

Verification is an identity trust signal only. A public seller identity badge appears only after verification is confirmed.

Seller identity verification does not authenticate an item, verify a listing claim, process a buyer-to-seller item payment, provide buyer protection, guarantee shipping, or guarantee a transaction outcome.

Log in and review your seller identity status in your account.

  • What can’t I sell?

Counterfeit, stolen, and unsafe goods are not allowed here. The Prohibited items policy gives examples; it isn’t a complete list.

Your account

  • How do I create an account?

Choose Create account at the top of the page (in the menu on smaller screens). We’ll email you a link to confirm your address. Then add a username and display name in Edit profile, so you can message sellers and sell.

  • I can’t log in or forgot my password

Use Reset your password to get a link by email. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you never confirmed your email address, send the confirmation email again.

  • Why can’t I send a message?

Sending messages needs a username and display name on your profile. Add them in Edit profile, then try again.

If a conversation says “Messaging is unavailable because one user has blocked the other.”, check Blocked users. If you blocked them, you can unblock them there; if they blocked you, you can’t message them.

  • How do I choose which alerts I get?

Alert preferences lets you turn off kinds of in-app alerts, such as messages, listing comments and new followers. Required safety, legal, security, and account notices may still be shown separately when needed.

  • How do I log out?

Open the menu at the top of the page (Account, on a computer) and choose Log out.

  • How do I delete my account or see my data?

You can ask us to delete your account, or to see or correct the data we hold about you. Email info@middlewhomarket.com with the subject Privacy Request.

We may ask for details that confirm the account is yours. The Privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

  • How do I contact the Middle Who Market team?

Email info@middlewhomarket.com. If your question is about a listing or a member, include the link or their username. For a question about an item, message its seller first.

Safety and reporting

  • How do I report a listing or a member?

To report a listing, open it and choose Report this listing. In a conversation, open the ⋯ menu to report it or block the member. On a member’s closet, use Report or block.

  • How do I block someone?

In the conversation, open the ⋯ menu and choose Block user. Neither of you will be able to send messages or offers in this conversation. You can unblock later.

  • What should make me slow down?

Take your time, and report anything that doesn’t feel right. Watch for:

    • Pressure to decide quickly, or to move the conversation off the platform
    • A payment method or request that feels unusual to you
    • Details that change between the listing, the comments, and the messages
