- Disclose known flaws, repairs, odors, stains, missing accessories, and uncertainty.
- Use clear seller-provided photos that show the real condition of the item.
- Do not exaggerate rarity, value, condition, authenticity, or brand affiliation.
Photo standards
Required photo mindset
Photos should help buyers inspect the item, not hide condition issues.
- Front, back, side, bottom/base, and interior views
- Corners, edges, handles, straps, closures, and hardware
- Labels, stamps, serial/date details, or markings where applicable
- Flaws, stains, cracks, peeling, wear, repairs, missing parts, or structure issues
- Included accessories such as straps, boxes, dust bags, receipts, cards, or pouches
Description standards
Details buyers need
A strong description reduces buyer confusion and protects seller trust.
- Condition and visible wear
- Flaws, repairs, alterations, odors, stains, or missing pieces
- Measurements when useful
- Included and excluded accessories
- Seller uncertainty or details the buyer should confirm
- Any important context that could affect buyer expectations

Communication standards
Professional communication
- Respond professionally and accurately.
- Answer reasonable buyer questions clearly.
- Do not harass, threaten, spam, pressure, or mislead users.
- Do not move private details into public comments.
- Do not request or post addresses, payment details, or sensitive information in public areas.
- Use messages for item-specific buyer conversations and next-step coordination.
- Complete seller verification steps if the platform requires them for seller trust, marketplace safety, or future seller-account controls.
Moderation and enforcement
Marketplace safety controls
Middle Who Market may remove listings, restrict access, or suspend profiles for misuse, suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, counterfeit concerns, misrepresentation, policy violations, or attempts to evade moderation.
Transactions are arranged directly between users. Middle Who Market does not process their item-sale payments, hold those purchase funds, ship items for those sales, or guarantee purchase outcomes. A listing is not an item inspection or authentication; any separate review has its own identified scope.
Seller verification, when required, confirms seller identity status only. It does not authenticate items, verify listing claims, guarantee transactions, or create buyer protection.
