Middle Who Market does not allow users to list, offer, promote, request, or attempt to transact in prohibited items. This policy protects buyers, sellers, brand owners, and marketplace trust.

01 / Own it

Sellers must have authority.

Listings should only include items the seller owns or is legally authorized to sell.

02 / Authenticity matters

Replicas are not allowed.

Counterfeit, replica, imitation, inspired-by, dupe, and copy items are prohibited even when disclosed.

03 / Marketplace integrity

Risky listings may be removed.

Middle Who Market may act when a listing creates legal, safety, trust, intellectual property, or integrity risk.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Middle Who Market may also restrict any item it determines is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, restricted, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the platform.

  1. Counterfeit goods.
  2. Replica goods.
  3. Stolen goods.
  4. Items the seller does not own or have authority to sell.
  5. Illegal goods.
  6. Recalled goods.
  7. Weapons or regulated weapons-related items.
  8. Drugs, controlled substances, or illegal drug-related items.
  9. Hazardous materials.
  10. Medical products or restricted health-related products.
  11. Adult or explicit content.
  12. Personal data or private information.
  13. Financial instruments or regulated financial products.
  14. Gift cards, stored-value instruments, or payment instruments where restricted or unsuitable.
  15. Animals, wildlife, or wildlife-derived restricted goods.
  16. Services unless expressly permitted by Middle Who Market.
  17. Items that infringe or violate intellectual property rights.
  18. Items that misuse brand names, trademarks, logos, copyrighted content, or protected marks.
  19. Any item Middle Who Market determines is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, restricted, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the platform.

Counterfeit & authenticity policy

Authenticity claims must be truthful and never misleading.

Counterfeit goods, replica goods, stolen goods, and intentionally misleading listings are prohibited on Middle Who Market.

Replica items are prohibited even if a listing discloses that the item is a replica, imitation, inspired-by item, dupe, copy, or similar product.

Sellers may not use brand names, trademarks, logos, copyrighted content, serial information, authenticity claims, photos, or other listing details in a way that is false, misleading, infringing, or likely to create confusion about authenticity, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or origin.

Sellers may not state or imply that Middle Who Market has authenticated, inspected, approved, verified, certified, endorsed, appraised, or guaranteed any item.

Middle Who Market does not authenticate items. Buyers and sellers are responsible for any authentication, inspection, verification, or documentation they choose to obtain or rely on.

Report a concern

Report suspected counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

Users may report counterfeit concerns, stolen item concerns, brand misuse, suspicious authenticity claims, or misleading listings by using available report options where shown or by contacting Middle Who Market.

What Middle Who Market may do when concerns arise

  • Remove or pause listings.
  • Restrict account features or visibility.
  • Suspend or terminate users when needed.
  • Preserve records connected to suspected policy violations.
  • Take other action when an item creates legal, safety, trust, intellectual property, or marketplace integrity risk.
